After graduating from Campbellsport High School in 1999, Tommy T. bypassed the dream of becoming a teacher and decided to instead attend MPTC in Fond Du Lac to earn an Associates degree in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) to become a service technician. He had an excellent internship in West Bend between his college years that helped him excel at his first full time HVAC job in Sheboygan upon his college graduation. Tommy T. became a residential on call service technician after a just few short months. To be an on call technician sometimes it takes years or in some cases a decade or more of experience. He learned a lot in short time, but due to a slow economy after the tragic events of 9/11, Tommy T. decided to move back to Campbellsport in early 2002 after working in Sheboygan for about a year. He was recruited by a former college classmate to be a vital member in helping grow a new small family company in Jackson. His many long hours, excellent training, and a great team helped to grow this small company into one of the nations best HVAC franchise's. He took on the role starting as a duct cleaner and install helper. Tommy T. advanced very quickly and he started helping out designing new HVAC systems for clients homes in about a year along with his on call service technician duties. Tommy T. began receiving lots of training and education specializing in indoor air quality products and even attended many sales and management classes. He was introduced to the Premier One line of products around 2003.. In 2010 Tommy T. changed career's after the franchise was now growing rapidly, the workload hours were increasing, and on call was too much. He helped increase revenue for a local mechanic and auto body company in a management/service writer role. He was able to help the small family business have multiple record months. Tommy T. enjoyed being a team leader, not being on call, and working much less hours with a "normal" schedule.
After his short successful stint in the automotive world, Tommy T. decided to go back into HVAC for his former employer in 2011 working in Jackson again following 2 years of time apart. After his short successful stint in the automotive world, Tommy T. decided to go back into HVAC for his former employer in 2011 working in Jackson again following 2 years of time apart. In a 5 year span Tommy T. was an asset to the company's growth to becoming SE Wisconsin's largest residential HVAC contractor. He was a key member to their continued success and excelled at helping clients achieve clean and healthy air. Tommy T. even won a few national contest awards/prizes (hundreds of technicians) by getting clients involved in healthy air product solutions. Late in 2016, Tommy T. finally accepted a new HVAC role in Hartford that was almost a 5 year recruitment process by the same college classmate that originally recruited him to Jackson. He then took on this bigger role along with his service technician job. He had more sales responsibility, ordering products, on call scheduling, stocking parts, inventory management, and met the challenge head on. Tommy T. developed his own successful indoor quality campaigns. and he helped increase revenue each year for the company by educating and communicating with clients about the importance of investing in indoor air quality products. He explained this often to homeowner's when they were getting their new heating and cooling equipment and on his service calls. For 5 consecutive years, Tommy T. along with a great team helped achieve a record year for the company. After 5 years, and a very stressful Covid-19 work environment, it was mutually decided to part ways and seek a role less demanding with a more positive co-worker team work atmosphere . In spring of 2021 Tommy T. was recruited again and joined the largest HVAC company in Fond Du Lac County after turning down multiple other more lucrative offers. It was a standard service technician job with the mutual thought to of use his sales, management, and communication skills to help the company grow. Tommy T's passion and drive still existed for educating homeowners about indoor air quality. He was hoping to use his extensive sales background, communication, and air quality skills to help the company in other areas. Unfortunately the company wasn't ready to go to the next level just yet of what Tommy T. envisioned for them. In early spring of 2022, he voluntarily left his HVAC career behind and decided to start his own business to help people have safe, clean, and healthy air.

This dream became reality as Tommy T. also had many other great friends and family standing behind him every step of the way. He wanted to become an advocate for doing the job ethically with proven products that work.
Tommy T's fun and unique personality, HVAC skills, combined with his ability to inform, educate, and communicate with clients about indoor air quality solutions has enabled him to succeed in this next career chapter. He is an allergy suffer and has had most of his own Premier One products in his very own home since the very beginning. Having allergies most of his adult life and using these products helped Tommy T. tremendously, it was the driving force behind starting his own business. Indoor air quality wasn't addressed too often by some of his past co-workers or in the market area.
