Air duct cleaning is suggested to be performed before adding any indoor air quality products.  This ensures having clean air that is easier to maintain with our other product solutions.  You can skip a duct cleaning and just add any of our other products, but the products won't be as effective.  Our duct cleaning process takes on average of 6-10 + hours depending on the size of your home.  We remove all your supply and return registers, clean the registers, and clean inside the ducts from each vent with our machine.  Our machine brushes and vacuums at the same time to provide the cleanest, most efficient process.  We also clean ducts from the  basement to access the main duct trunks, clean cold air return filter area, and furnace blower compartment area.  When complete, we sanitize the ducts to prevent mold and bacteria growth.  We use a camera to inspect ducts before and after, and will take multiple pictures throughout the process.  Our company uses self sealing plastic caps that can be removed for future access.  Duct cleaning should be performed when needed as every home environment is different.  On average a duct cleaning is suggested every 5-10+ years, but it varies greatly in each home due to kids, pets, allergies etc.  Some homeowners get a duct cleaning every few years, while others choose to wait for 15 years or more.  If we feel your home doesn't need a duct cleaning after arriving, we will make you aware and offer other solutions for you instead.

 To help keep your air clean after a duct cleaning is completed, it is suggested to have an Electronic Air Cleaner installed.

This product solution will take the place of your current furnace air filter.  The electronic air cleaner helps with allergies, asthma, and hay fever.  It also remove dust mites and helps control smoke.  It is the most efficient, highest rated 1" filter on the market.  Our electronic air cleaner also has a layer of carbon that helps control odors.

Adding an Ultra Violet (UV) system helps reduce germs and odors.   This product solution also controls bacteria, viruses, and fungi.  The air conditioner coil located above your furnace is very cold, dark, and damp in summer which is the most common place for mold to grow.  The UV light system ensures that mold doesn't grow on this AC coil and spread mold spores throughout home.  We have two UV light system options available.

  Adding a high efficiency particulate air filter (H.E.P.A.) whole house air cleaner is a great solution if you have a rather dusty home, and/or have individuals that suffer from severe allergies or asthma.  This is also a great option if you have pets and kids.  The H.E.P.A. whole house air cleaner is in addition to your current filter system.  It attaches on your cold air return duct (when room is available) and runs its own constant internal fan to clean your air 24/7/365.
