We are not liable for any wires, cables, or cords that are in your ductwork vent pipes or duct system.  If any of the above materials are in your system, they weren't installed legally or to code and will need to be fixed at home owners expense if damaged during the duct cleaning process.  We will suggest to have the wires corrected by another professional in any case,.  We use a camera to check the ducts before we start to avoid any issues., but it's still possible to encounter unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for moving furniture that is blocking the heating and cooling registers/vents, or materials that are in the way of the duct area.  We will gladly assist and help in moving these common objects out of way that we are physically able to in a safe manner.  This is to prevent personal injury or damage to your valuable property.

If your registers are painted over, we will remove them as safely as possible.  Registers aren't meant to be painted over and paint chipping damage could potentially occur during removal.  We aren't responsible for fixing the paint if cosmetic damage occurs during register removal.   In some extreme cases we may ask you to remove the registers if they are heavily painted over.
