Clean all main supply and return trunks
Vacuum all registers, clean registers, and use machine to clean each individual duct vent

Over 30 registers, it's $35 per register above 30, might be 2 day job and additional fee may apply for travel/labor

Please have registers clear of furniture/objects.  Have area around furnace accessible and the main ductwork trunk lines.  Make us aware of any wires/cables in ductwork that you know of, this isn't code or safe.  We currently aren't working on mobile homes, crawl spaces, or attics.

Electronic Air Cleaner(EAC) controls smoke, pollen, dust, dust-mite dander and other organic and in-organic particulates. Traps germs, bacteria, viruses, and allergens. MERV 16 performance that cleans air before it enters your HVAC equipment and house air stream.   Replace filters every 2-4 months. Retro-fits into most standard filter cabinets.  The EAC uses a low voltage 24 volt power source that saves energy compared to similar 120 volt models.  Standard sizes are 16X25X1, 20X25X1, 20X20X1, and 16X20X1.  Please contact us for any special order custom sizes, additional fee may apply for non stocked filter sizes, if they are even available.  The filter replacements are sold in 3 packs, and should last a year depending on home air environment.
